Killing of The Sharks

As they do in Australia every year, the first shark has officially been killing. This "culling" otherwise known as selective gathering brings a lot of controversy with it. The conservationists in the area are not thrilled about what is going on, because it not only is leading in deaths but is also being blamed for the many fatal shark attacks along the coast. These hooked lines attached to these floating drums is aimed at catching great white sharks, the most dangerous predators in the water today. Because conservationists are having such a problem with this occurrence, baited drums are being taken out of the waters and tracking monitors are being used instead. This way nothing gets hurt, but information is still being retrieved.

Famous Panda

As we all know, most babies are cute when they are born, but in this case it's something that will stay cute forever. Little Bao Bao, an 18 pound panda finally made her national debut into the National Zoo in Washington on Saturday. Being the chill panda she is, at this stage in her life, currently at five months, she rather enjoys eating, sleeping and laying around. Although many people will make the long trip to go see Bao Bao and her mother Mei Xiang, during these early stages of her life she will be spending a lot of time in a den resting and having their own private time. The name means treasure or precious in Mandarin.

Body Mix-Up

After her mother passed away while on a cruise, her daughter did not at all expect for her to not show up to her own funeral. Apparently, a different woman that from New Jersey was found in the casket instead. According to reports, Margaret Porkka died after feeling lightheaded while on a Caribbean vacation. She later died at St. Maarten Medical center at the age of 82. Her family was very concerned about her death since she lived a very active life and seemed perfectly fine before she left. Currently after wiring $7,000.00 and sending documents to get their mother back they were still unable to get the correct body. There is a possibility it was sent to Canada and cremated. All in all they still just want her back in America.

Man Who Cried Bigfoot

According to Rick Dyer, Bigfoot will now be touring America with him after he has shot it. In September of 2012, the beast was slayed apparently near San Antonio, Texas after many previous run-ins with the creature. While camping overnight in a tent, he was able to capture what he tells people to be the Bigfoot he later shot, but outside sources say his credibility to stories involving the giant man are just that...stories. He lured the beast in through baiting by nailing pork ribs to a tree in hopes of attracting him, which apparently worked according to Dyer. News conferences are set up to show the world what he has done, but after the fake incident in 2008, I don't think many people will fall for his stories once again.

Along with his return, a new line of Duck Dynasty shotguns have been put onto the market. These 9 guns, a semiautomatic rifle and a semiautomatic pistol are supposedly out there to help build back the reputation of the show. Although they aren't all intended for duck hunting, these waterfowl camouflage pattern it is perfect for small game of sorts. All guns with additionally come with  a flag bandanna.
